Coffee Travelers for Groups

One of the easiest ways to serve coffee to a group is with a coffee traveler.

Our 96-ounce drip coffee travelers provide approximately eight 12-ounce servings and are available in regular or decaf. They also include cups, lids, stir sticks, sweeteners, and creamer, making them an easy grab-and-serve option for meetings and events.

Looking for something beyond traditional drip coffee?

Coffee & Bark also offers select specialty coffee travelers featuring lattes and flavored espresso drinks prepared for group service. Cold brew travelers are available for guests who prefer their coffee cold, and hot tea travelers offer another warm option for the non-coffee drinkers in the group.

Mixing a few different travelers can also give guests more than one option without the need to order individual drinks for everyone.

We also offer select individually packaged baked goods from Allergy Free Bakery that are gluten-free, vegan, kosher, and produced in a dedicated facility free from the Top 9 allergens.

How Much Coffee Do You Need for an Event?

One of the most common questions when ordering coffee catering is how much to order.

As a general starting point, each 96-ounce Coffee & Bark traveler provides approximately eight 12-ounce servings.

For a smaller meeting of around 10 people, one or two travelers may be enough. A gathering of around 20 guests may need two or three, while larger groups may benefit from several travelers or a combination of beverage options.

Of course, every event is different.

The length of your event, time of day, guest preferences, and whether you’re serving coffee alongside other beverages can all affect how much you’ll need. When you submit an inquiry, we can help recommend quantities based on your group and what you’re planning.

Coffee & Bark catering orders can be picked up from either our Berkley or Hazel Park coffee shop at a scheduled time.

Limited local delivery may also be available within five miles of our store locations, depending on availability and the details of your order.

How to Order Coffee & Bark Catering

Planning your catering order starts with a few basic details: your event date and time, estimated guest count, and what you’re interested in serving.

From there, we can confirm availability, help recommend quantities, finalize your selections, and prepare everything for your scheduled pickup or delivery.

We recommend submitting catering inquiries at least 48 hours in advance. Larger orders, specialty requests, and deliveries may require additional notice and are subject to availability.
